All firearm sales and transfers are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Customers are responsible for providing valid identification and any additional documentation required to complete a transaction.
Badge & Barrel LLC reserves the right to refuse any sale or transfer that cannot be completed lawfully or that does not meet our business policies.
All fees, including transfer, shipping, handling, storage, or administrative charges, must be paid as applicable.
NICS Denial / Ineligible Purchaser Policy
If a customer purchases a firearm from Badge & Barrel LLC and subsequently receives a NICS Denied response or is otherwise legally ineligible to receive the firearm, the firearm will not be transferred.
In such cases, 40% of the firearm purchase price will be retained as a non-refundable cancellation and restocking charge, and the remaining 60% will be refunded to the original form of payment, less any other previously disclosed and legally applicable fees.
By purchasing a firearm, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy before payment is accepted.
Firearm Sales
All firearm sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Once a firearm has been transferred to the purchaser, returns or exchanges may be limited or unavailable except where required by law or approved by Badge & Barrel LLC.
Cancellations Before Transfer
If a customer cancels a firearm purchase before the transfer is completed, any applicable cancellation, restocking, processing, shipping, or special-order fees may be deducted from the refund.
NICS Denial or Ineligible Purchaser
If a customer receives a NICS Denied response or is otherwise legally ineligible to receive a firearm purchased directly from Badge & Barrel LLC, the firearm will not be transferred.
In that situation, 40% of the firearm purchase price is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation, restocking, and administrative charge. Any remaining refundable balance will be returned according to the original payment method, less any other applicable and previously disclosed fees.
A NICS Delay is not considered a denial. Delayed transactions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Badge & Barrel LLC policy.
Special Orders
Special-order firearms and other specially requested items may require a deposit or advance payment before the order is placed.
Special-order deposits, cancellation charges, and other applicable fees may be non-refundable once the order has been submitted to the distributor or supplier.
Customers are responsible for confirming the make, model, caliber, configuration, and other requested specifications before the order is placed.
Transferred Firearms Purchased From Another Seller
For firearms purchased from another seller and transferred through Badge & Barrel LLC, a NICS denial or other inability to complete the transfer may result in a $50.00 denied-transfer processing fee, plus applicable shipping, handling, storage, or other costs associated with returning or otherwise lawfully transferring the firearm.
Please contact Badge & Barrel LLC with any questions about these policies before making a purchase, placing a special order, or arranging an FFL transfer.
Customers will be notified when a firearm is ready for pickup or when a transferred firearm has arrived and is available for processing.
Firearms should be picked up within a reasonable period after notification. If a firearm remains unclaimed for an extended period, storage fees may apply.
Any storage fees, return-shipping costs, transfer fees, or other charges must be paid before the firearm is released or otherwise handled.
Firearms that remain unclaimed for an extended period will be handled in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law and Badge & Barrel LLC policy.
Please contact Badge & Barrel LLC if you are unable to pick up your firearm promptly so arrangements can be discussed.
All prices are subject to change based on availability, distributor pricing, shipping costs, taxes, and other applicable charges.
Quoted prices are not guaranteed until the purchase or order is confirmed by Badge & Barrel LLC.
Customers are responsible for all applicable sales tax, transfer fees, shipping and handling charges, special-order fees, storage fees, and other disclosed charges associated with the transaction.
Payment methods accepted may vary. Any fees associated with returned payments, chargebacks, or other payment issues may be charged where permitted by law.

Certain records may be retained or disclosed when required by federal, state, or local law, regulation, court order, or lawful request from an authorized government agency.
